"Gathering Her Strength" Hammered Steel with Copper
hair. This is a large piece measuring over 30" tall but it is
sculpted in deep relief so it looks much deeper than the
actual three inch depth. This optical illusion hangs flat like
a framed painting. Sold to a lucky guy for decoration in his
"Man Cave".
"Daydreaming" is a one of a kind optical
illusion created in deep perspective featuring
model Mira reclining lazily in a divan thinking
about far away places. Chair detail includes
gold powder and parasol is copper. All other
colors are carefully applied with heat.
This piece was damaged in transit from a

"Warm Reflections" is my latest hammered steel
sculpture. Resembling a painting with it's use of light and
shadow, this all metal sculpture features steel with
copper fire. The firelight effect is created using gold and
copper gilding powders. This is a large piece measuring

The inspiration for this piece was a
photo I saw of a model lying in
shallow water. The effect of looking
into the water to see her form gave
me the idea to use blue stained
glass to represent the water. The
"construction" photo shows the
pieces prior to separating them
forever on opposite sides of the
"water". Sold!
